About the Roles
We have opportunities at all levels, from experienced Store Managers who lead by example, to enthusiastic Sales Assistants ready to learn, grow, and share their love of e-bikes.

Key Responsibilities (depending on role):
Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-store and online
Learn and share detailed e-bike product knowledge with confidence
Support daily store operations, merchandising, and stock management
Assist with test rides, demos, and after-sales support
Meet individual and team sales targets
Uphold Flight Risk’s safety and presentation standards
About You
Passionate about e-bikes, technology, or sustainability
Friendly, confident communicator with strong people skills
Reliable, organised, and proactive
Retail or sales experience (preferred but not essential for junior roles)
Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
