Impact Eco (impact-media.com.au) is a national digital agency specialising in high-quality content creation for businesses across Australia. Formerly Impact Media, we are now the creative and production arm within the wider Impact Eco shared-services ecosystem. We deliver photography, videography, design, editing and strategic digital content for some of Australia’s fastest-growing healthcare and commercial brands.
Our team works across national campaigns, multi-brand marketing, and high-volume content production including cinema adverts, billboards and television commericals. We move fast, think creatively and pride ourselves on delivering premium work across every platform - social, web, digital, print, and motion.
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Social Media Coordinator to help bring our national healthcare brands to life online.
You’ll be part of a fast-moving marketing team working across national healthcare brands helping thousands of Australians access care through engaging, high-quality social content.
What You’ll Do
Content and Execution
Build and schedule monthly content calendars across multiple brands
Create social posts and short-form videos for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Support content shoots — capturing clinic stories and testimonials
Work with the senior team to ensure all content aligns with brand voice and compliance guidelines
Community and Engagement
Manage comments, messages, and enquiries across social platforms
Engage with our online communities in a professional, supportive way
Escalate sensitive or clinical queries to the right team
Paid Media Support
Assist with post boosting and campaign setup in Meta Business Manager
Support ad reporting, creative testing, and data tracking
Reporting and Organisation
Compile weekly and monthly performance reports
Support campaign planning, asset management, and timeline delivery
Keep projects organised and running smoothly across multiple brands

Take pride in consistent, on-brand, high-quality execution
Skills and Experience
1–3 years in social media, marketing, or content roles (agency or in-house)
Strong writing, design, and content scheduling skills
Confident using Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
Experience with video editing and captioning (e.g., Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
Bonus: experience in healthcare or multi-location brands
