We are currently recruiting on behalf of a brand new All -on- 4 Focused clinic in Denman Prospect, Canberra.
The clinic are seeking an exceptional All-on 4 Treatment Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in guiding patients through their implant treatment journey and smile transformation. You need to make sure patients are fully informed about all their treatment and finance options, assist with booking treatment appointments and most importantly provide exceptional care every step of the way.
About the Role
As an All-on-4 Treatment Coordinator you will guide the patients through their implant journey and smile transformation, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from enquiry to completion.
You will also collaborate with clinicians and reception teams and be responsible for managing treatment plans and delivering exceptional patient experiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Conducting consultations with patients to explain treatment options and financial plans.
Coordinating appointments and ensuring smooth scheduling with clinicians.
Building strong patient relationships and providing ongoing support throughout their treatment journey.
Assisting patients in understanding costs, health fund claims, and payment options.
Working closely with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Achieving set KPI's and best practices
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Warm, empathetic, and professional with excellent communication skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Experienced in dental, medical, or allied health (preferred, but not essential if you have strong customer centric skills).
Confident in presenting treatment plans and financial discussions.
A team player who thrives in a busy, patient-focused environment.
Must have excellent professionalism and presentation levels
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Must be able to commit to Hours/ Days Below
