At Areal, we are passionate about real estate and we strive to provide high-standard services to our clients by putting their needs first and understanding the market. We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to work alongside our high-performing Senior Sales Agent and support them in their day-to-day activities, located at the South Morang office.

Experience in real estate is preferred, although not essential. We will train you in everything Real Estate, as long as you have the drive and the willingness to learn and to prospect.

High-performing real estate agent requires your assistance to help with the following:

Diary management

Priorities and respond to emails

Database management

Preparation of open for inspections

Compliance

Administration tasks

Attend meetings with clients

Social media management

Supplier management

Skills and experience required:

Minimum qualification of Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate

Experience in a fast-paced sales-driven or call center environment, highly regarded

Proven experience working towards targets and KPIs

Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.

Autonomous and driven

Quick learner: willing to learn new processes and procedures and follow directions.

Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Valid Police Check
