The Role

We are on the hunt for a highly dedicated and self-motivated Sales Associate/Assistant rockstar with a solid foundation in the Real Estate Industry already behind them.

You will be a central part to a growing executive team to the Lead Agent and director of the office with less experienced Junior Associates working with you and under you that you will be required to assist and supervise in your role when required.

This role is available for an outstanding professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate who is ready to hit the ground running!

You will be focussed on 5-star customer service, inspections, open homes, client management, database management, prospecting, assistance and guidance of Junior Associate’s all while supporting the lead agent in delivering exceptional client service and outcomes in an exciting reward for effort and team orientated environment.

(Please note: this is not a listing or appraising role—your focus will be on sales support, prospecting, and client engagement.)

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting with buyer inspections, open homes, and follow-up calls

Coordinating and managing clients both buyers and sellers

Supporting the lead agent with marketing campaigns, vendor reports, photo shoots and sales reports

Prospecting and generating quality leads for the sales team as a whole

Attending appraisals and listing presentations with the lead agent where required

Managing general sales administration duties

Delivering a five-star client experience at every touchpoint

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a residential real estate sales environment

Current QLD Salesperson Registration (essential)

Demonstrated success in client management, lead agent assistance and high-quality customer service

A highly driven, self-motivated and efficient salesperson with a can-do persona

Impeccable communication and people skills

A true team player with high goals and ambitions with a proactive attitude

Driver’s license, reliable car with full comprehensive insurance
