Waverley Christian College is a forward thinking and culturally diverse Christian co-educational school from Kinder to Year 12. We have been providing students with a quality Christian educational experience for over 45 years. With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, Waverley Christian College has an enrolment of over 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses in 2025.
Our College is passionate about our Performing Arts program where students discover their voices, grow in confidence, and bring stories to life on stage. Our Narre Warren South campus is seeking a Performing Arts Administrator (FTE 0.9) who thrives in a varied role and enjoys being at the heart of creative work. You will manage the administration and coordination of our annual productions and key Performing Arts events in both Primary and Secondary schools.
This role supports teachers, students, and volunteers by overseeing logistics, communications, volunteer management, and event operations, to bring each production and performance events to life. It is a wonderfully varied role where you will make a genuine impact on our College’s Performing Arts program.
You are an ideal candidate if you:
Bring strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events, timelines, and priorities
Have good administrative and Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Have high level communication and interpersonal skills
Are proficient with digital systems, databases, and creative content
Enjoy working in a team environment
Show initiative, flexibility and attention to detail
Are able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education
Are willing to get involved in all aspects of the College’s programs and opportunities
