What you’ll do:

With the knowledge obtained in your specialised qualification, assist in the preparation and planning of developmentally appropriate programs for children.

Create exciting and engaging activities that support the development of children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills.

Support children’s wellbeing, independence, and sense of belonging.

Be a positive role model and trusted adult in their day.

Maintaining a safe and clean environment, ensuring that the highest standards of care are met.

Experience and Qualifications: A relevant qualification (Diploma or Level 3 or equivalent) is essential. Qualifications include a Diploma, Cert III or IV in: Education, Care and Disability; Behavioural and Social Sciences; Community Services; Health; Allied Health; Sport and Recreation; Creative Arts. The qualifications specific to SA are listed on the ACECQA website.

Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)

RRHAN-EC Fundamentals and Masterclass Certificate

The Hours: 

Pick up shifts across the services open hours:

Morning Shifts between 6:15am – 9:00am Monday to Friday

Afternoon Shift between 2:30pm – 6:00pm Monday to Friday

Extra Hours available during school holidays!  

Occasional work outside standard hours may be required.
