OLC Care is looking for an active and dedicated member to join our team at our admin team to perform administrative tasks and provide support for our care/service teams.

Part Time

Monday - Friday Permanent Position, part time

Responsibilities:

HR Data Collection and Processing

Process timesheets and Payroll

Resident billings and enquires

Correspondence to all stakeholders to facilitate operation needs

Office administration and clerk duties such as typing, minutes,  data entry, filing, archiving, distribution and posting/displays.

Support for operation teams

Orders and procurement tasks

Ad-hoc duties as per business needs

Qualification and experience Requirements:

Strong mathematical skills

Experience with billing and/or payroll

Experience as an office administration officer

Warm personality with strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills

Excellent speaking and writing skills in English (essential)

Demonstrated great attention to details

Ability to prioritising tasks and good time management

Excellent level of Microsoft Word, Outlook and other office software

Can work independently with self drive and be highly responsible

Strong Problem Solving Skills and Logical Thinking

Willingness to learn and a good team player

Valid Police Check
