OLC Care group has been providing high quality residential care since 1984. The group has 5 facilities across the Sydney region.

We have now an exciting opportunity for an experienced trainer to join Head Office Quality Team to provide trainings and education.

Clinical Trainer (Cert IV in Training and Assessment)

About you:

Warm and outgoing personality

Excellent communication skills

Cert IV in Training and Assessment (essential) (2016 onwards preferred)

Experience with teaching:

Cert III in Aged Care AND/OR

Cert IV in Aging Support AND/OR

Cert IV in Disability Support AND/OR

Experience with teaching CPR and First Aid

Flexible and adaptive

Bachelor of Nursing qualification required

Minimum 2-3 years of aged care teaching and working experience required

Australian permanent residency required
