As a Lead Technical Support Specialist, you will provide logistical and co-ordination to Customers and the Service team across a single site or across multiple sites. The role assists with the day-to-day operation of the sites, in a way that achieves excellent customer satisfaction. In addition, the role liaises directly with customers and sub-contractors and provides support in adhering to financial budgets and operational goals of the contract/s.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling and coordinate contractors and staff attendance on site in compliance with contract KPIs and customer requirements

Provide administrative support which includes and not limited to answering phones, filing, typing, good receiving and sending, archiving, PO creation, timesheets, expenses, organising payments and date capturing

Follow established site and Honeywell processes and support process improvement when applicable

Conduct appropriate database management of the systems used on-site

Provide excellent customer service, prioritising a solution then providing close out feedback to customers

Assist in cost tracking against schedules, invoicing, review of completed works and reporting

Key Experience and Capabilities:

Tertiary or post trade qualifications in business, administration or a related discipline or demonstrate equivalent level of experience (preferred)

At least 5 years’ relevant experience in providing technical administrative support

Experience in using SAP and Salesforce are preferred

Provide staff and customer coordination

Experience in using Microsoft office to intermediate to advanced preferred

Strong commitment to customer satisfaction

Good communication skills in both written and verbal

Highly organized, knows how to multi-task and prioritize

Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure and make decisions

Has a car and driver’s license with the ability to travel to customer sites or office when required
