Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks including emails, phone calls and scheduling
Assist customers with enquiries, job updates and general support
Coordinate bookings and organise technician calendars
Update and maintain CRM/job management systems
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and compliance files
Handle data entry, filing, and general office duties
Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams in a professional manner
What We Are Looking For
Experience in administration or customer service
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organisation and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Confident using computers, Microsoft Office, and digital systems
Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
