We are hiring Project Engineers in Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation and Control disciplines for a Power Plant Expansion Project in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities (All Disciplines)
Lead and manage engineering activities for assigned discipline within Power Plant/Substation projects.
Review and develop engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications in compliance with SEC standards.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
Provide technical support during project execution, installation, and commissioning phases.
Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes.
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for project stakeholders.
Discipline-Specific Requirements
Electrical Project Engineer
Expertise in power generation and substation electrical systems (HV/MV/LV).
Experience in switchgear, transformers, protection and control systems.
Knowledge of SEC/IEC standards and grid interconnection requirements.
Mechanical Project Engineer
Strong background in rotating equipment, piping systems, and HVAC for power plants.
Experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
Familiarity with ASME/API standards and mechanical integrity practices.
Instrumentation and Control Project Engineer
Proficiency in DCS, PLC, SCADA, and field instrumentation for power plants.
Experience in control system architecture, logic development, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of calibration, loop checking, and integration with electrical/mechanical systems.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation and Control).
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in Power Plant or Substation projects.
Strong knowledge of engineering design, technical specifications, and vendor management.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
