Ready Electrical and Air Conditioning are on the hunt for an A+ Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Technician.
We're the Northern Beaches and North Shore's go-to air conditioning team and business is booming. We've got more installs, changeovers and maintenance work than we can keep up with to and big plans heading into 2026.

4-day work week (40 hours Monday to Thursday, or Tuesday to Friday)

What we need from you:
Trade qualified Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic (Cert III or equivalent).
ARCtick refrigerant handling licence (or close to obtaining it).
Valid NSW driver licence and a clean driving record.
Strong experience with split and ducted installs; VRV/VRF is a bonus.
Diagnostic skills
Able to run jobs independently, communicate well and support apprentices.
High attention to detail to you take pride in your work.
Great with customers to polite, tidy and respectful.
Honest, reliable and a solid team player.
Sales experience a plus
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration work is required.
Must have existing Australian work authorisation rights.
Must be based in Australia or New Zealand
