If you are a driven, self-motivated, and collaborative finance professional ready to take the lead then this is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to step into a Finance Manager role.

This will allow you to use your make a real impact within a growing, acquisitional business by improving systems, streamlining processes, and driving financial performance in a hands-on environment.

Based in Naval Base, this Finance Manager role, you’ll:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations and reporting.

Lead a small finance team with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.

Drive the implementation and optimisation of financial systems and processes.

Partner with operational teams to support project costing, margin analysis, and commercial decisions.

Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

What You Bring

CA/CPA qualified with a degree in business or similar.

Experience in finance leadership, ideally in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting.

A proactive, energetic approach with a passion for improvement.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
