Brindabella Resources, proud partner of Indigenous Shared Services Group, is looking for professional, experienced and reliable Bus Drivers to join Transport family across Pilbara, WA!
This is a FIFO role operating from Perth, working on a 2:2 roster. You will be responsible for providing passenger transportation services on a mining site between camp village and operations in a safe, timely and professional manner.
About You
The Successful candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Successful candidate will need to meet the following requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bus driver with a clean driving record (no major violations or accidents)
Previous experience on a mining site (desirable)
Current or previous inductions with one or more of our clients: FMG, Rio Tinto or Roy Hill (preferred)
HR driver’s licence
Passenger Transport Driver Authorisation
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Strong safety awareness and commitment to safety protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptable, positive attitude
Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical
Full working rights in Australia

Safely operate buses to transport passengers in a timely manner
Follow all traffic plans, laws, regulations and company procedures
Maintain a clean and presentable bus
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks, reporting defects as required
Communicate respectfully and effectively with passengers, team members and supervisors
Participate in all safety activities
