About the role of Migration Agent assistant: We are currently seeking experienced mandarin speaker full-time or part-time Migration Agent assistant or Migration Agent in the Melbourne office to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Provide professional assistance in lodging visa applications for Subclasses 485, 500, 600?189,190,820/801, 143/103 etc.

Maintaining client files and documentation in a timely and organised manner

Assisting the Principle Migration Agent in preparation of migration-related paperwork and submissions

Providing exceptional customer service to our clients throughout the migration process

Liaising with clients over the phone, in person and via email, gathering visa documents from clients and following up applications

Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and shifting prioritie

Skills and experience:

Should be a mandarin speaker Migration Agent Assistant / ??

Ability to learn quickly new systems and processes.

Good writing and communication skills.

Good time management skills.

Good customer service attitude.
