Heavenly Retreat is a premium, results-driven skin correction and beauty clinic located in Sans Souci, Sydney and operating for over 16 years.

We are expanding our team and are looking for a passionate Dermal Therapist who is committed to achieving real skin transformation and delivering luxurious, client-focused care.

We specialise in world-leading corrective systems, including DMK Paramedical Skin Revision and Lira Clinical skin correction, alongside a full range of advanced dermal therapies. Our philosophy is delivering transformative results wrapped in an exceptional client experience.

About the Role

As a Dermal Therapist, you will be a key player in our results-driven team, responsible for diagnosing skin conditions, designing customised treatment plans, and delivering advanced clinical treatments.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting detailed Skin Consultations and creating customised, long-term treatment plans.

Performing advanced skin therapies, including:

DMK Enzyme Therapy and Paramedical programs.

Lira Corrective Peels and resurfacing treatments.

Advanced Clinical Facials.

LED Therapy.

Microdermabrasion and advanced exfoliation.

Skin Needling (if qualified).

Confidently recommending and prescribing Retail Home-Care products to support and maintain results.

Maintaining exceptional standards of client care and professionalism.

Optional: Providing general beauty services (e.g., brow shaping, tinting) depending on your skill set.

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for skin correction, strong technical knowledge, and a warm, professional manner.

Qualification: Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Bachelor of Dermal Science (preferred but not a must).

Must be able to work on Saturday.

Experience: Previous experience with DMK and/or Lira Clinical is highly desirable (training can be provided for the right candidate).

Knowledge: Strong, proven knowledge of skin anatomy, common skin conditions, ingredients, and corrective treatment modalities.

Communication: Warm, polished, and confident communication skills for consultations and client education.

Sales Acumen: Confidence in prescribing and recommending treatment courses and retail home-care.

Team Player: A proactive approach, high standards for hygiene, and a commitment to team excellence.
