Employment type to Full Time (35 hours) - Ongoing and a Temporary role available - Multiple positions

Clerk Grade 7/8 - Salary to 113,547 - 125,720 pa plus superannuation and leave loading

The role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Learning and Development Officer to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning and assessment programs that support our staff across New South Wales. This role plays a critical part in fostering professional growth, enhancing industry-specific competencies, and developing key behavioural capabilities essential for success in a complex and evolving environment.

What you’ll do

Design and deliver learning programs across different settings

Manage and assess staff learning using various tools

Identify training needs and skill gaps with managers and staff

Develop and implement learning strategies and policies

Ensure compliance with RTO standards and regulations

Evaluate and report on program effectiveness

Essential Requirements

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or its successor) or a willingness to obtain within 12 months

Relevant qualifications and vocational experience in training delivery area(s)

Current NSW Drivers licence and willingness to travel in the course of performing the role.
