The Role:

As the Marketing Executive, you will support the full scope of marketing activities required to launch, sell and settle Traders In Purple’s premium apartment projects across Queensland. You will also contribute to New South Wales project marketing and broader corporate marketing initiatives where required. Working alongside the Project Marketing Manager, your role will include:

Coordinating end-to-end project marketing campaigns

Managing and updating project websites and EDMs

Assisting with marketing briefs, presentations and reporting

Coordinating marketing collateral, brochures, signage and displays

Supporting the development and setup of sales displays

Managing project photography, videography and render briefs

Attending project launches, events and sales activations

Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, creative agencies and external consultants

Experience and Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Design or related discipline

1to3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role within the residential property industry

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to support and execute marketing campaigns

Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and an understanding of website and social media platforms
