Steel Fabrication Workshop Supervisor With Business-driven Approach

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Workhouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations in our fabrication facility. The ideal candidate will oversee production teams, ensure workflow efficiency, maintain safety and quality standards, and support operational targets.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise fabrication activities (cutting, welding, machining, assembly)

Allocate manpower and ensure daily production targets are met

Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area

Inspect fabricated work for quality and compliance with drawings

Coordinate materials, equipment, and maintenance requirements

Prepare production reports, shift logs, and performance updates

Support communication within the facility and with external partners

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing

Valid driving license (mandatory)

Knowledge of the local market is an advantage

Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate in Hindi and Arabic is a plus

Previous supervisory experience preferred in KSA

Compensation: Competitive salary + commission based on achieving targets
