WA Health Group is recruiting a Senior Exercise Physiologist to lead our established Exercise Physiology service across three thriving clinics. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, capable clinician who loves leading people, growing services, and delivering exceptional client care.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate onboarding, mentoring, and professional development of EP staff and students, including performance feedback.
Oversee service delivery, client experience, and clinical outcomes
Engage, motivate, and support EP team members
Maintain a high-quality caseload, providing assessments, exercise prescription, and chronic disease management
Deliver group exercise and clinical programs across multiple sites
Collaborate with the General Manager, Clinic Managers, and multidisciplinary team
Integrate into our supportive team culture built around collaboration, innovation and high-value client care
Assist with onboarding, mentoring and professional development of EP staff and students
Help refine systems, services, and engagement frameworks that support WAHG’s growth
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
A strong communicator and natural leader with minimum 2 years private practice experience.
Passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
Capable of managing service delivery while performing at a high clinical standard
Motivated, organised, and able to integrate quickly into an established team
Ready to take ownership of an existing caseload and help grow our Exercise Physiology service
Energised by working in a collaborative, learning-focused organisation
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing clinical service frameworks or quality improvement initiatives.
Essential Criteria
Minimum 2 years’ experience in private practice
ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Strong clinical reasoning and client communication skills
Experience delivering both 1:1 and group services
Interest or experience in a senior, supervisory, or leadership-style role
Desirable
Experience in service development or team leadership
Interest in performance management, service planning, or building new programs
