Our client has over 60 years’ experience delivering quality projects across Western Australia, including schools, shopping centres, commercial buildings, and multi-residential developments. You will be joining a landmark circa $80M build-to-rent development near the Perth CBD. The project has two years remaining, offering long-term stability and a strong pipeline of work. Candidates must have experience delivering projects of $40M+, ideally within the commercial or multi-residential sector. Upon completion, you’ll continue with ongoing projects as part of the client’s broader portfolio across WA.

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in contract administration on commercial construction projects

Proven experience delivering projects of $40M+

Strong understanding of construction contracts and statutory requirements

Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously within a project team

Role & Responsibilities

Work closely with site managers to coordinate all on-site activities and support project delivery

Maintain and update all project documentation and correspondence

Obtain necessary permits and ensure all statutory and contractual obligations are met

Liaise with subcontractors to secure competitive pricing, place orders, and manage day-to-day issues

Prepare financial reporting, including cost forecasts, cashflow monitoring, budgets, variations, and progress claims

Communicate regularly with the client regarding progress and resolve emerging issues
