Head chef in kitchen of tavern and motel.
Working with kitchenhand and in conjunction with Front of house manager.
Designing and updating menus and specials
Ensure consistency and high quality in meals
Managing stock, ordering. maintaining food safety standards.
We are looking for experience in similar role. Strong leadership skills but with calm and respectful approach with other staff. Ability to handle stress.
Understanding of food costs.
Reliability and professional work ethic.
