THE POSITION

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events

Managing the team to complete the set-up, catering and breakdown

Ensuring a seamless guest experience from start to finish

Liaise with management/client to ensure all event expectations are met

Be the point of contact for any issues that may arise

Maintain a safe and clean environment throughout the venue during events

Providing exceptional customer service

POS operation

Engagement with students, staff and parents alike

THE PERSON

Previous experience in a similar role

A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service

Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading a team

Previous Barista and FOH experience highly regarded

Strong knowledge of Food safety and allergen management

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain as well as RSA

Familiarity with Microsoft office
