Job Title: Kitchen Commis / Kitchen Helper

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Kitchen Commis / Kitchen Helpers to join our culinary operations. The role involves supporting the kitchen team with daily food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth back-of-house operations. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow hygiene and safety standards, and assist chefs as required.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in basic food preparation (cutting, washing, portioning ingredients).

Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Support chefs in daily kitchen operations and service.

Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.

Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Flexibility to work shifts.

Salary: SR 1,800
