The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Retailer to lead individual on-floor performance across our Perth network.
This is a hands-on, ground level role responsible for developing, measuring and driving Assistant Store Managers and Sales Professionals across Mazzucchelli's home state. You will work closely with Retail Senior Leadership and Workforce Planning to ensure consistent productivity that aligns to our brand, culture and performance expectations.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Brand, this role focuses on individual results for retail Sales Professionals across 11 stores, state wide.
Full-Time, Leadership Position- Perth
Manage individual personal performance of Sales Professionals while championing excellence in brand standards
Partner with our company Workforce Planning to understand workforce plans, store needs and succession pipelines
Develop and embed best-practice sales processes, presentation frameworks and on-floor tools
Build strong talent pipelines for Store Management and future leaders
Drive a positive, engaging candidate experience aligned to the brand
Support onboarding and handover into Learning and Development pathways
Champion diversity, inclusion and cultural alignment in hiring decisions
This is an on-site store-based role where no two days are the same, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Australia's best Retail professionals to create measurable careers and results on the shop floor.
What You Will Bring
Proven experience in retail performance metrics, ideally in a multi-site or national business
Strong track record onboarding and developing Store Managers, Assistant Managers and frontline retail teams
Comfortable operating in a high-velocity, exciting sales environment
Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills
Confident influencing senior retail leaders and store management
Highly organised, process-driven and outcomes-focused
Passionate about people, culture and building great teams
Experience using tracking platforms and sales reporting tools
Work closely with our Learning and Development team to ensure succession from Culet to Crown
