About the Role
The Network Property Management Advisor plays a key role in supporting member offices across Australia by driving property management excellence. This position focuses on facilitating high-quality training programs, mentoring teams, member support and implementing strategies to grow rent rolls and improve performance.
You’ll champion compliance, innovation, and best practice in residential and commercial property management while fostering strong member engagement and retention. Success in this role means empowering members with tools, knowledge, and support to achieve outstanding results.

In this key project position you will:
Deliver training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance property management capability.
Mentor offices on portfolio growth strategies and performance improvement.
Act as the primary contact for property management queries and provide tailored support.
Develop compliance frameworks and ensure adherence to legislative requirements.
Represent the network at industry events and contribute to PM-focused content and initiatives.
Key Qualifications and Attributes:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management, including portfolio oversight and team leadership.
Proven ability to deliver training and mentoring programs.
Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements.
Experience in rent roll growth strategies and business development.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
Certificate IV or Diploma in Property Services (Real Estate) and current Real Estate Licence (or eligibility).
