We're seeking a skilled and motivated Physiotherapist (minimum 2 years' experience) to join our multidisciplinary clinic in Marsden Park.

The Movement Clinic Sydney (TMCS) is a modern, purpose-built physiotherapy and rehabilitation practice with clinics in Marsden Park (since 2022) and Castle Hill (since 2010).
We're committed to continuous improvement to delivering outstanding care, building long-term patient relationships, and contributing positively to our local community.
Our Marsden Park clinic, located in the bustling Elara Shopping Village, includes private treatment rooms, a fully equipped rehab gym, and a friendly, collaborative environment. We're part of a busy medical hub alongside GPs, Radiology, Allied Health, and Dental services, creating strong internal referral pathways.
You'll be joining a multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and soon Remedial Massage Therapists, all working together to help people move and feel better.
You’re Role
As a Physiotherapist at TMCS Marsden Park, you'll deliver evidence-based assessment and treatment while continuing to grow your clinical skills within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Your key responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality physiotherapy assessments and hands-on/manual therapy
Developing personalised rehabilitation and exercise-based treatment plans
Managing a varied caseload including musculoskeletal and sports injuries, post-operative rehab, spinal conditions, and chronic pain
Collaborating closely with Exercise Physiologists and other team members to optimise patient outcomes
Participating in regular mentoring sessions, case reviews, and internal training to support your clinical development
Building strong patient relationships through clear communication and education
Contributing to clinic growth through professional networking, community engagement, and high-quality patient care
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with AHPRA standards
About You
You'll be a great fit if you are:
AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist (Bachelor or Master's degree)
Experienced: minimum 2 years in private practice or multidisciplinary settings
Confident with manual therapy, exercise prescription, and clinical reasoning
A strong communicator who builds trust with patients and colleagues
Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently
Passionate about professional growth and contributing to a high-performing team
Covered by Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
Must have current Australian work rights
