Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone and WhatsApp chat.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Assist with appointment scheduling and booking.

Promote spa services and products to enhance customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Contribute to the overall success of the customer service department.

Requirements: Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal and written) is mandatory.
