Redstone Recruitment have partnered with a well-established aged care provider in Townsville to find their next experienced clinical specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a key leadership role.

 The ideal candidate will be a dynamic all-rounder with strong clinical knowledge and the ability to mentor and support a small team while maintaining exceptional standards of care.

As the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinical care team and ensuring high-quality, resident-focused outcomes.

About You:

AHPRA Registration with proven experience in an Aged Care setting

Understanding of accreditation and AN-ACC processes

Passion for innovation, growth and delivering exceptional clinical outcomes
