Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with landlords and tenants

Overseeing rent reviews, increases, renewals, and lease negotiations

Coordinating maintenance, renovations, and capital improvements

Conducting routine inspections and managing outgoings

Ensuring compliance and delivering an exceptional management experience

We’re Looking For:

A proven Property Manager with demonstrated experience managing portfolios

Current Certificate of Registration (COR)

Proficiency in Property Tree is highly regarded

Exceptional communication, organisation, and client relationship skills

A polished, professional approach and ability to thrive in a high-performing environment
