About the role

Seeking a skilled Spray Painter/Panel Beater to join the team at NOVA SMASH REPAIRS PTY LTD' in East Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

Perform high-quality spray painting and panel beating on a variety of vehicles

Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming

Mix and apply paint to achieve a professional, flawless finish

Carry out panel repairs, including dent removal, straightening, and welding

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient and timely completion of jobs

What we're looking for

Significant experience as a Spray Painter/Panel Beater in the automotive industry

Excellent technical skills and knowledge of spraying techniques, panel repair, and painting

Ability to work efficiently and produce high-quality results

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Relevant qualifications in automotive spray painting and panel beating
