The Multiskilled Construction and Maintenance teams include: Road Construction team carries out a broad range of civil construction activities with projects such as road construction, bridge construction, intersection upgrades, installation of culverts, footpaths, kerb, and channel.

Sealed team repair potholes, ruts, cracks, and edge breaks in the sealed pavement.

What we have to offer: Permanent full-time position based at the Pittsworth.

The base rate is 1,257.27 gross per week, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

In addition to the base wage rate, variable allowances are available (for example - overtime and wet weather).

Rostered Days Off - 9 day fortnight.

About you:

Mandatory Qualification(s), training and/or experience, specific to the position:

WHS Certificate of Competency or VOC for ‘LR’ to Road Roller (>2L engine capacity) or RII Competency, or equivalent.

WHS Competency (White Card) for CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry, or equivalent.

Current unrestricted “C” Class Drivers Licence with the ability to obtain a MR drivers licence within 12 months of appointment.

Experience in operating Road Roller in the Civil construction industry.
