We’re currently expanding our team and looking for Transport Coordinator - Nightshift to join us in delivering quality service to our customers.

Position Available: Transport Coordinator - Nightshift

Location: Perth Airport, WA

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure smooth operations by leaning on their experience in a similar role within the transport and logistics sector. If you’re ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities: Manage, coordinate and assist Transport Operations team to ensure smooth delivery of trailers. Coordinate the night operations. Ensure drivers and trailers depart in a timely manner. Provide effective handover to dayshift to ensure operations continue. 7 nights on, 7 nights off (6pm to 6am)

Wednesday to Tuesday roster.

Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a similar position (transport and logistics experience is desirable). Knowledge of TMS System’s desirable

Understanding of and experience with  tracking and processing system as well as scheduling and maintain accurate records

Excellent communication skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
