A leading company is seeking an energetic Field Supervisor to manage cleaning and maintenance teams in Al Khobar or Dammam, with full knowledge of purchasing cleaning and maintenance materials, supervising, training, and monitoring staff to ensure work is performed according to municipal health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide daily work of cleaning and maintenance teams.

Train and monitor workers to ensure high-quality performance.

Oversee cleaning and maintenance of facilities: villas, apartments, palaces, residential, commercial, and industrial complexes.

Manage inventory and purchase necessary materials and equipment.

Prepare regular reports on performance and observations.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience supervising cleaning and maintenance teams.

Knowledge of Saudi municipal regulations and standards.

Experience in purchasing cleaning and maintenance materials.

Strong leadership, organizational skills, and adherence to health and safety procedures.
