The Ideal Candidate Has

• Experience: A proven track record in a travel agency.

• Knowledge: Demonstrable understanding of ticketing and IATA regulations.

• Technical Skill: Hands-on experience with a GDS (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre).

• Languages: Fluency in English and basic proficiency in Arabic.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and impeccable attention to detail.

Must have hands-on experience with at least one major GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as a Ticketing Agent or in a similar role within the travel industry.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
