We specialise in bulk haulage and ancillary onsite services, including road construction and maintenance operations, for mining companies in the key resource-producing regions of Western Australia. Our services primarily involve truck haulage across both off-road and on-road (highway) routes, transporting materials from mine sites to port facilities and processing infrastructure.

While our primary commodities are iron ore and gold, our expanded footprint allows us to create new geographical hubs through regional expansion. We aim to acquire new customers in existing geographies, building on our current capabilities, while also retaining and growing our existing customer base.

P and E Total Solutions is expanding, and we are looking for experienced and highly skilled Road Train Operators to join our team in the Goldfields on a permanent basis. We offer flexible rosters, including 2/1 (WA based only) or 4/2.

Role Details:

FIFO: 12-hour shifts

Roster: 2:1 (WA Only) or 4:2

Benefits: Accommodation, meals, and flights provided

Compensation: Flat hourly rate plus superannuation paid on all hours

Fleet: Kenworth super or standard quad combination with Road Ranger manual gearbox

To be considered for this role, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate;

Minimum 2 years of Road Train Experience

Have Current TLIF2010 Apply Fatigue Management Strategies certificate

Experience with Side Tippers

Driving experience in remote locations

Proficiency in operating 18-speed Road Ranger

Maintaining a good driving record

Capability to work autonomously

Passing pre-employment medical and D and A screening

Understanding and adhering to OH and S procedures
