Better Health Network (BHN) is growing and we’re inviting Allied Health Assistants (Grade 2 and 3) to join our warm, supportive Allied Health team. You’ll help clients, mainly older adults, build strength, confidence, and independence so they can keep living well in their own homes.

About the Role
Grade 2 AHA
Deliver therapy programs under delegation and supervision
Support individual and group sessions, equipment set-up and client education
Assist with documentation and day-to-day service coordination
Grade 3 AHA
Work more independently within delegated scope
Lead group programs and progress therapy plans
Support and mentor junior AHAs and students
Contribute to service improvement and quality initiatives
Work will be a mix of clinic-based, group and community visits.
About You
Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent)
Experience in health, community or aged care settings
Confident communicator with strong organisation skills
Passion for person-centered care and community health
Comfortable working with diverse and CALD communities
Grade 3 applicants will bring demonstrated experience, confidence and leadership capability.
