We’re hiring 2 Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our high-performing Business, Executive and Government Team, reporting directly to the Director. You’ll play a key role in shaping long-term client partnerships, attracting high-calibre talent and delivering standout recruitment solutions across diverse portfolios including Legal, Accounting and Finance, Manufacturing and Business Support with the autonomy, support and visibility to truly make your mark.

What you’ll do:

Build and maintain trusted, long-term client partnerships

Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop new client relationships

Source high-quality candidates using job boards and innovative sourcing strategies

Advertise roles across multiple platforms to maximise market reach

Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

Negotiate employment offers and contracts with confidence

Contribute to recruitment excellence within a dynamic, high-performing national team

What we’re looking for: A minimum 2 years proven experience as an agency Recruitment Consultant

Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels

Proactive, positive attitude with a strong team ethic
