I’m looking for passionate, warm and reliable Certificate III, Diploma and Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) educators to join our growing team at Stepping Stones Academy. About the Roles

We currently have positions across different age groups for:

Certificate III Educators

Diploma Educators

ECTs (Early Childhood Teachers)

Students working towards their ECT qualification

Educators enrolled in an ECT degree who need a supportive centre to complete their studies

Whether you’re fully qualified or still studying, I’m looking for educators who bring enthusiasm, patience and genuine care into their everyday interactions with children.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creating warm, nurturing and engaging learning environments

Supporting children’s routines, wellbeing and developmental needs

Building strong relationships with families

Contributing to programming, documentation and EYLF-based planning

Working collaboratively with our friendly team

Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of every child

Following our policies, procedures and NQF requirements

What I’m Looking For

Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification

OR currently studying towards an ECT degree (any stage)

A genuine passion for early childhood education

Reliable, calm, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Current WWCC and valid First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis

A positive attitude and willingness to continue growing professionally
