Payroll Officer Role, 6-month contract, 85,000 to 90,000 + Super

Your new company

An exciting opportunity has become available to join this Australian company that is a leader in their industry. They are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis for 6-months, commencing ASAP. The role will be in their Brisbane offices, which are located close to Brisbane Airport, which offers plenty of onsite car parking.

Your new role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Assisting with payroll processing

Assisting with payroll reconciliations

Assisting with payroll auditing

Assist with payroll project work

Handling payroll queries

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

Previous payroll experience

Experience with award interpretation

Previous experience working on a large payroll system

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and priorities

Strong communication skills
