Operations Manager position in growing business

About the Company

Our client is an experienced fast growing residential builder specialising in owner occupier, investor and spec builds across the greater Brisbane area.

About the Position

Due to growth this company is seeking the services of an experienced Operations Manager to join the team. Responsibilities will include:

Workflow management of all job files from presite through to handover

Management of Onsite Companion and producing reports

Provide leadership to the administration and production team

Projection of budgets and meeting expected site starts and KPIs

Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Experience

5 years residential volume home builder experience

Experience in an Operations Manager or Workflow Manager role

Onsite Companion experience highly regarded

Exceptional communication, people management and leadership skills

Pro-active detailed and meticulous

Happy to be in a small to medium sized business in a hands on role
