70,000 to 80,000 per year + super

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BAS/IAS, FBT, payroll, and compliance documents

Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations

Process journals and assist with month-end and year-end reporting

Prepare annual financial statements and work papers

Support preparation of tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and NFPs

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure ATO compliance

Prepare and lodge ASIC and ACNC forms

Assist Directors with tax and business advisory work

Essential Skills and Experience:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business, or Law

CAANZ (or equivalent) qualification or working toward completion

Experience with Xero or similar systems

Understanding of Corporations Act, ASIC, ACNC, and governance principles

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience drafting minutes, reports, and financial documents
