Responsibilities:

Assist customers in planning travel times and routes

Cancel or change reservations

Make and confirm reservations

Process credit cards, vouchers and other payments

Provide information on cancellation, late arrival and other policies

Receive and record bookings for package tours

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge

Central reservation system (CRS)
