About the Role

As a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process from vehicle readiness to customer handover. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate vehicle deliveries and customer handovers

Liaise with customers to confirm delivery schedules and expectations

Work closely with Sales, Service and PDI teams to ensure vehicles are delivery-ready

Complete final checks, documentation and system updates prior to handover

Maintain accurate delivery records and daily handover reports

Ensure a smooth, professional and positive delivery experience for every customer

About You

Strong customer service and communication skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable using systems, spreadsheets and dealership software

Able to manage multiple deliveries in a fast-paced environment

Holds a current Australian driver’s licence

Dealership or automotive experience preferred but not essential
