Le Mas Barossa is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented casual housekeeping/cleaning staff to join our team in Rowland Flat, Barossa Valley.

We offer flexible shifts, ideal for individuals seeking 4-5 hours per day, between 2to6 days per week, depending on your availability.

Candidates must be available for a minimum of 4 days per week.

About the Role to Housekeeping/Cleaners

We are looking for reliable and positive individuals—who are keen to be part of a supportive, professional, and friendly team in a beautiful working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare guest rooms to an impeccable standard

Vacuuming, mopping, and general floor care

Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including large stone baths

Provide evening turndown service (if available)

Clean and maintain staff accommodation house

Dust, polish, and disinfect all surfaces and high-touch items

Clean windows and mirrors to a streak-free finish

Tidy and prepare common areas for guest use, indoor and outdoor

Assist with light outdoor maintenance (e.g., bin checks, litter removal)

What we're looking for:

Excellent attention to detail and presentation

Team player with strong communication skills

Professional and well-groomed appearance

Energy and warmth when interacting with guests and colleagues

Requirements:

Australian work rights

Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)

Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience (2+ year ideal)

Minimum 1+ years of hospitality or housekeeping experience required

Casual Pay Rates:

Weekdays: 31.23/hr

Saturdays: 37.47/hr

Sundays: 43.72/hr

Public Holidays: 62.45/hr
