The Pocket is a growing Middle Eastern eatery in Highett, and we’re looking for experienced kitchen professionals to join our vibrant team.

We take pride in fresh, flavourful food, high-quality standards, and excellent service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate, reliable cooks or kitchen staff who are ready to make a long-term impact.

Position: Full-time or Part-time

Location: The Pocket to Highett, VIC

Key Responsibilities:

Food preparation and cooking to a high standard

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen

Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in a commercial kitchen

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Passion for Middle Eastern cuisine (a big plus!)

Interest in a long-term position with room to grow
