About the Opportunity:

Our client is one of the market’s leading glass distribution companies, operating multiple advanced warehousing and distribution centres across Australia. The company is future-focused, committed to sustainable building, and places strong emphasis on energy-efficient product solutions.

We are now seeking 2 experienced Sales Representative to Glass to join the team in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market coverage

Provide accurate quotations and offer technical guidance to clients

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order processing

Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in the glass and glazing industry, or related fields such as building materials, windows and doors, or façade/curtain wall systems (essential)

Solid understanding of glass products such as Balcony Balustrade, Pool Fencing, including toughened, laminated, double-glazed, and Low-E glass

Knowledge of AS1288, AS2208, or other relevant Australian building codes and installation standards is highly desirable

Strong communication and customer-engagement skills, with the ability to provide technical advice

Highly self-motivated, with strong business development and customer acquisition capabilities

Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with internal teams

Valid Australian driver’s licence (required) and willingness to attend customer site visits
