Healthy Heads Allied Health and Support Services is seeking Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting NDIS participants of all ages. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and passionate about helping people achieve their goals and live more independently.

About the Role:

You will be working closely with NDIS Participants and their families, providing person-centred support in line with individual care plans and goals. While we support all ages, experience working with children aged 0-9 years is highly regarded.

What we're looking for:

Certificate III in Disability Support (or equivalent) preferred

Previous experience in the disability or support worker sector preferred

Ability to follow client care plans and work toward individual goals

Strong communication skills with participants, families and colleagues

A caring, professional and dependable approach to support work

About You:

Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Working With Children Check and National Police Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Have a Valid Driver's license and reliable car with comprehensive insurance cover

Completion certificate for the NDIS Worker Orientation Module. This course is available through the NDIS Commission Training Portal.
