You will join a specialist commercial litigation team acting in sophisticated disputes, primarily in the Supreme and Federal Courts. Matters include:

Breach of contract

Misleading or deceptive conduct

Corporate and regulatory disputes

Data breach matters

Urgent interlocutory applications

Corporate fraud

Shareholder disputes

Freezing orders

Working closely with a highly respected Principal, you will manage matters end-to-end, including drafting advices and pleadings, preparing court documents, interviewing witnesses, managing discovery, briefing Counsel, and assisting with trial preparation at all stages.

A key highlight of this role is the level of ownership and exposure you will gain, combining hands-on responsibility with involvement in complex, high-value litigation.

You will work directly under a highly regarded female Partner with top-tier and international experience. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, strong mentorship, and genuine investment in developing confident, capable litigators.

You will bring:

1+ years’ PAE in commercial litigation or disputes

Strong technical skills and a proactive approach

A genuine interest in litigation and client service

The ability to work both independently and as part of a close team

Enthusiasm to take ownership, supported by a highly engaged mentor
